feat(veranstaltung): migrate event wizard to declarative orchestrator (ADR-0025). Transferred logic from EventFlowSample to EventWizardFlow. Renamed Demo* components to EventWizard*. Added OETO-compliant steps: TurnierKonfiguration, BewerbKonfiguration, AbteilungKonfiguration, Summary.
