chore: remove obsolete screens from meldestelle-desktop module

- Deleted unused screens including `AdminUebersichtScreen`, `AktorScreens`, `StammdatenImportScreen`, `TurnierDetailScreen`, and supporting components such as `PlaceholderContent`. - Cleaned up references and placeholders to streamline module structure.
